Many DJ companies are loosie goosey when it comes to contracts & details. We'll email you a written Engagement Agreement outlining all of your event details for you to review & e-sign.
We’ll reach out two months before your wedding to setup a final planning meeting to make sure all the details are ironed out & we'll contact your other vendors ahead of time so everyone is ready. If you want to chat before that time, it’s no problem, just let us know.
Is your ceremony outdoors or being held at a different location? Your options are unlimited w/our Ceremony Services. We can set up a second professional sound system to play background music, plug in special musicians you may have, or provide microphone(s) for the officiant, & vows etc.
Uplighting is one of the most elegant ways to add to the ambiance in your banquet hall/venue—all without eating into your budget because of its affordability. Our lights are controlled to match your theme colors and décor, thus ensuring a unique and engaging atmosphere.
Our roots are deep as Club DJ's. When we began it was real vinyl on the 1's and 2's! Add some flair to your wedding by adding the Turntable Package & we'll bring the Technics out for a spin! We can still play the same set list from the turntables so the songs won't change...but your guests will be thrilled w/scratch tricks added to the mix.

Great question! First please complete our online quote request so we know the date of your event and preliminary details. We'll then arrange a time to chat either by phone or video call to talk about your wedding day and see if we can help you achieve what you are looking for. During this step, we also give you confirmed pricing.
Once you decide you want to book us we will send you a contract to sign electronically. Then you pay your non-refundable retainer fee, which is 50%. We accept Checks, Venmo, or Credit Card. Then your date is locked and confirmed & we will schedule the initial wedding consultation.

We’ll setup an initial planning consultation after we’re booked. During this meeting, we go over the planning forms and timeline with you (we’ll help a lot for this part) and we show you how to submit music requests to us. We’ll reach out two months before your wedding to setup a final planning meeting. If you want to chat before that time, it’s no problem, just let us know.

Absolutely not! We do allow up to 100 songs be requested ahead of time but keep in mind each song is usually 3 minutes so it's not possible to get them all in! Because of this we will ask for 3 lists from you. 1) Songs we'd LOVE to hear 2) Songs we'd LIKE to hear 3) DO NOT PLAY songs! Some clients give us all 100 requests....others only give us 3 or 4! Whatever you do we'll discuss with you. We are professional DJ's and will use our experience to help support the mood and vibe you are looking for!
The estimate we provide will include how much setup and teardown time we’re going to need based on the venue(s), amount & type of gear/equipment we will be bringing. Often times we over estimate this as we prefer to be early that late! You won't pay for this unless there is extreme situation that causes a huge delay or change of schedule.
We make it a point to be as clear as possible with our pricing & that's why we will send you a very clear and professional Engagement Agreement in the beginning of the process. There is not sales tax on our DJ services since it's a service. We do charge travel fees for events further than 45 miles from Denver or Boulder area. We’ll be sure to calculate this and show it to you on your quote. The only other last fee would be a fee for parking if your venue can’t provide us parking for free.
